We are sorry to tell you that all our products are only delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, NOT including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Military Bases (AA, AE, AP).All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After that, it will take another 2-3 business days for shipping, depending on the local transport time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

How do I make a return?
1. Email us at marketing@duhome.com. 2. Tell us about your reason for returning items and info about order number & address. If you are returning because there is product quality problem, please attach images or videos which display our product packaging and details of damaged part. 3. You will receive a return label from DUHOME after the return application is approved. 4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package. 5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.Please pay attention!!!
