At DUHOME, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your furniture; but we understand that sometimes an item simply won’t fit in the room perfectly. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the receipt date. No returns made after 30 days from the receipt date will be accepted.
2. You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the receipt date.
3. Whether the cost of return shipping is reimbursed or not depends on the reason for the return.

How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your DUHOME account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

1. If your zip code is in this range of 00001-56999 or 60000-65999 or 70000-72999, please select the return address: DUHOME Inc 21010 Trolley Industrial Drive Taylor, MI 48180
2. However, if your zip code is in this range of 57000-59999 or 66000-69999 or 73000-99499, please select the return address: DUHOME Inc 18061 Arenth Ave City of Industry, CA 91748

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the receipt date.
*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

How do I find the return label I generated?
Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “View” to download.

Can I still return items if they are damaged?
1. If you feel you have received defective, incorrect or incomplete product(s), please contact us at marketing3@duhome.com within 5 days of receipt, so we can make it right.
2. Products damaged due to customer negligence (i.e. improper assembly or usage, obvious, am-made damage, etc.) will not be accepted.

Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-DUHOME items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

Refunds:
1. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
2. The refund amount will be the original total less shipping charge, 15% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects.

Quality Warranty:
All products enjoy 1-year quality guarantee. Any quality problem about the product, we will respond to give a replacement for free. By the way, product defects caused by improper use by customer are not covered by the warranty.
NOTE: Please provide us with the order ID and warranty card, so that we can try our best to deal with the issue ASAP.
